THE SHOPPES AT FAIRFAX STATION

Fairfax Station, Virginia

The Shoppes at Fairfax Station is a brand new 12,000 SF retail strip center in the heart of Northern Virginia.  Valued at 2.5 million, Capitol Commercial Management managed the entire development and construction process, including all site work, site preparation, retaining walls, utility work, base building and tenant interiors. 


SHOPPES AT AUGUSTA

Augusta, Georgia

Ongoing construction management of this retail center in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.  Work has included structural work and repairs for Verizon and Panera, and total demolition of the Total Nutrition space.  


ACWORTH AVENUE SHOPPES

Acworth, Georgia

Management of all site work, including concrete, paving and landscaping. Coordination of all trades and timeline were significant and relevant in the cost savings of both developer/owner and tenants.


SHOPPES AT TUSKAWILLA

Orlando, Florida

The Shoppes at Tuskawilla was acquired in 2013 in a 1031 transaction using the proceeds from the sale of the Walgreens in Forest Hill Maryland. This retail strip center features 7 retail tenants including TrustCo Bank, and Pizza Hut. The total building square footage is 12,384 square feet.


HILLTOP SHOP N GO CENTER

Fairfax, Virginia

Ongoing construction management and property maintenance of retail strip centers, including tenant turnovers and maintenance of property.  Capitol Commercial Managament has performed such work as EIFS repair, asphalt and concrete repair, metal rails and landings, as well as painting and power washing. 


COMMUNITY SHOP N GO CENTER

Landover Hills, Maryland

Site demolition, earthwork and complete paving and re-striping,  handicap concrete work and railings, and hazardous soil remediation in Landover Hills, Maryland.  Additional work included some landscaping, brick repair, facade demolition and renovation. 


SHOPPES AT BRANDYWINE VILLAGE

Brandywine, Maryland

Ground up development of a 12.79 acre parcel for multiple retail pad users in Brandywine, Maryland. Construction on the infrastructure started in April of 2017 and is now complete.. Tenants include 7-11 on a pad site, Taco Bell on a pad site, Navy Federal Credit Union, Hangry Joe’s, Zips Dry Cleaner, Jersey Mikes, Pizza Hut, Calcium Dental, Salad House, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a total of 20,500 square feet.
